    Key Highlights

    • Founder: Vladyslav Myhovych, CEO
    • Founded: 2023
    • Industry: Defense Tech, UAV Technology
    • The Challenge: Lack of accurate, EW-resistant laser guidance systems for UAVs and air defense.
    • The Solution: M-FLY is creating advanced laser targeting systems and semi-active guidance units with a hit rate exceeding 95%, designed for UAVs and air defense.
    • Customers: Military and defense organizations
    • Stage: Early-stage, with product testing underway, preparing for mass production.
    • Investment Amount: €1.19 million plus two BRAVE1 grants totaling €68,770.
    • Investors: Angel investors from Ukraine, Denmark, Grenada, the U.S., and an Estonian miltech firm, along with funds including Resist.ua, MITS Capital, and Freedom Fund.
    • Use of Funds: To finalize the development of laser targeting devices and semi-active guidance units and to advance product autonomy with AI and swarm management systems.

According to company representatives, the funding will allow M-FLY to complete the semi-active guidance units. “This solution is unique in its EW resistance and high accuracy (over 95% hit rate). In addition, M-FLY can be used for air defense systems,” they said.

The company specializes in laser guidance systems and UAV gimbals for both military and civilian uses, operating under a B2G (Business-to-Government) model and fostering partnerships within the defense sector. The first product iterations are currently undergoing testing in combat zones, and the company is actively working towards mass production and sales.
