    Vietnam Airlines Partners with Sabre to Fuel Global Expansion

    Vietnam Airlines Selects Sabre Technology to Power Global Growth

    SINGAPORE and HANOI, Vietnam – March 12, 2025 – Vietnam Airlines is leveraging technology from Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) to drive its international expansion strategy. The airline, Vietnam’s national carrier, has recently added new routes and is exploring additional destinations across several continents.

    “As we prepare to expand our global network, having the right technology to guide smart, data-driven decisions is essential,” stated Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Director of Corporate Planning and Development at Vietnam Airlines. “Sabre’s Network Planning and Optimization tools will help us pinpoint profitable routes, create optimized schedules, and stay agile in a dynamic environment – enabling us to deliver greater value for both our passengers and our business.”

    Vietnam Airlines is utilizing several of Sabre’s key technology solutions:

    • Fleet Manager: Matching capacity and aircraft type with demand
    • Profit Manager: Forecasting and maximizing network profitability
    • Network Manager: Optimizing hubs and improving codeshare planning
    • Schedule Manager: Creating revenue-driven schedules across the network

    Vietnam Airlines also uses Sabre’s global travel marketplace for fare distribution and offers.
