Event and Conference Space Available at Wake Tech
Wake Technical Community College offers classrooms, conference rooms, and campus venues for rent by community groups and corporations. These facilities are available for academic or educational events when not in use for college classes or activities.
Events eligible for booking must be academic or educational in nature, and cannot duplicate degree or non-degree courses offered by Wake Tech. The college does not reserve space on a continual basis, or for social or fundraising functions. Reservations are limited to a maximum of three consecutive days.
All Wake Tech campuses offer state-of-the-art facilities suitable for a variety of events:
- Southern Wake Campus
- Scott Northern Wake Campus
- RTP Campus
- Wake Tech East
- Western Wake Campus
- Perry Health Sciences Campus
- Public Safety Education Campus
- Beltline Education Center
Each campus has unique venues and capabilities, with reasonable facility fees. Wake Tech staff is available to assist with event arrangements.
Space can be reserved during weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The college is closed on Sundays.
