Warm Health Technology, Inc. (WHT) has announced a partnership with Abounding Prosperity, Inc. (AP) to expand its digital health solutions into the central United States. This collaboration aims to improve patient engagement in underserved communities and enhance efforts to end the HIV epidemic.
The initiative centers on PL Cares®, a program designed to support equitable care for individuals living with HIV. The program is supported by a HRSA grant and is being led by AP’s Chief Operations Officer, Jacobi Hunter-Wright. AP’s leadership, including CEO Tamara Stephney and Chief Program Officer Martese Prince, emphasized the critical role of technology in improving health outcomes.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Warm Health Technology to roll out PL Cares®,” said Tamara Stephney. “This partnership brings us closer to addressing healthcare disparities in the communities we serve. Together, we’re empowering individuals to take control of their health while fostering a future where equitable HIV care is the norm.”
Martese Prince highlighted the importance of digital tools in patient care, stating, “Technology is a critical piece of the puzzle in improving health outcomes. By integrating WHT’s expertise with our community-focused care, we’re setting the stage for lasting change.”
WHT’s founders, Karen Ingersoll and Rebecca Dillingham, also welcomed the collaboration. “Collaborating with Abounding Prosperity aligns perfectly with our mission to improve health equity and empower care providers,” said Dr. Ingersoll. “With PL Cares®, we’re providing an opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and care delivery for those who need it most.”
