SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Feb. 26, 2025 – Yardi® has acquired LCP Media, a company specializing in visual media technology for the rental housing market, the companies announced today. This partnership will integrate LCP Media’s expertise in virtual tours, photography, and other visual media into Yardi’s existing offerings, enhancing marketing capabilities for multifamily clients.
LCP Media’s services—including innovative TourBuilder virtual tours, professional photography, 3D renderings, video animations, and virtual staging—will be integrated into Yardi’s RentCafe® websites. This integration is designed to improve the experience for renters and save time for marketing and leasing teams.
