Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions will host its inaugural Zeiss Live Tech Reveal on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The event is exclusively for the U.S. and Canada.
During the digital event, Zeiss plans to reveal seven new metrology technologies and software updates within an hour, according to the company. These innovations are designed to enhance efficiency, address the skills gap, and support the integration of industrial developments, including artificial intelligence (AI), clean manufacturing, and data-driven operations, Zeiss said. The goal is to improve part quality by detecting and preventing defects early in the process.
Attendees will gain insight into various measurement and inspection technologies. These include what Zeiss calls the first-ever two-in-one microscope and vision measuring machine (VMM), a CMM that can support up to five tons, versatile optical 3D scanning machines for fully automated measurement and inspection workflows, a powerful X-ray microscope with dual magnification offering X-ray vision, a high-accuracy CMM, and the latest Zeiss Inspect software updates to increase data analysis speed and efficiency.
In addition to the technology reveals, the event will include special offers and a live Q&A session with Zeiss experts. Attendees can also participate in a game for a chance to win a pair of Zeiss binoculars.
These new developments bolster the Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions portfolio, which includes automation, CMMs, CT/X-ray NDT, microscopes, optical 3D scanners, VMMs, surface and special geometry instruments, and intelligent software solutions. These solutions serve the aerospace, automotive/NEV, medical, electronics, and power and energy industries. Zeiss stated that manufacturers can leverage these technologies and their industry-focused features to support quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
